1. Service
OpticSaaS provides cloud software for optical practices. Features depend on your subscription plan and platform configuration.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You must provide accurate registration information, safeguard credentials, and use the service only for lawful practice operations. You must not access other tenants data or abuse authentication endpoints.
3. Billing
Paid plans renew according to the selected cycle. Access may be limited if payment is overdue until the platform operator verifies payment.
4. Data responsibility
Tenant staff remain responsible for the accuracy of clinical and commercial records they enter.
